Basically just a continuation of the BRT from last week, on the other side of the Highway 65 bridge from Tyler Bend. One important distinction is a .7 mile stretch of the OHT, so I've officially started it! This was a long out and back, over 12 miles. Less scenic than some of the others. Thanks go to Russell Dewey for going along and taking the role of vanguard against spider webs and unseen critters in the cane. There's a neat spot where the trail crosses the access to the Buffalo in Gilbert and you emerge for a few feet with a view of town.
